「Flat Kyoto Shugakuin」is located in “Shugakuin" Rakuhoku area of Kyoto.
There is a little distance from the center of Kyoto city, but it is a rich and natural atmosphere. (Enjoy walking and running along the river in the refreshing air full of nature!) Close to historical, cultural and academic areas, the environment is safe and quiet. There are many fascinating places to visit in the vicinity, but you can also easily go to places like Osaka and Nara.
There are lots of shops: restaurants, cafes, bakery shops, famous Ramen restaurants (Let's enjoy Ichijyoji Ramen Street ! ), supermarkets, drugstores, convinience stores, 24 hours shops, banks, post office and also a traditional bath house within walking distance.
Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, frying pan, frying pan, toaster, cutlery, washing machine, toilet, bathroom, etc. It is ideal for long term stays by travelers, families and students. Our apartment is traditional, but clean, cozy and comfortable. You have nothing to share with others and it is completely your private space.
A train station is near by rooms. If who are sensitive to that sound please note that.
Our flat "Rotary Mansion Shugakuin” is located behind the Hamburger restaurant called "Speak Easy".

Check-in time is from 15:00~ 20:00, and will be attended by one of our host members.
In case of arrival later than 20:00 or if host is not available, please take the key out from the safety box hooked on the door nob and enter the room.
Room No.101,102,103 is on the 1st floor.
Room No.305,306 is on the 3rd floor.
Please go up using the stairs.
Free portable Wi-Fi is available.
SSID and password is on the back of its router.
You may take the router out with you during your stay.
Due to Kyoto City regulations, please be sure to fill out the guest card when entering the room. We will also check your passport. Please be aware.
